The Cathedral Terrace

I have always held, and am prepared against all comers to maintain, that the Cathedral of Lincoln is out and out the most precious piece of architecture in the British Isles, and, roughly speaking, worth any two other cathedrals we have.

John Ruskin, 1819-1900

On the third floor of the Main Admin Building is a 300 square metre roof terrace, currently unused.

What would you say to having arguably the best view of Lincoln as the backdrop to a quiet, relaxing break or sunny afternoon of study?

Ever wanted to sit comfortably on campus in the open air with a book, a friend, a colleague?

The University has a previously untapped area of potential which could provide staff and students with a place to escape to – sufficiently flexible to accommodate a multitude of educational and social gatherings.
