The University is investing over £100m to transform the Brayford Pool campus for students and staff over the next three years.
Major projects within the capital investment programme include:
- The Isaac Newton Building – the new home for Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics & Physics
- The Sarah Swift Building – the new home for Health & Social Care and Psychology
- The Marina Residences – new on-campus student accommodation
Along with these major projects, the Estates & Commercial Facilities team is undertaking many smaller projects to redevelop areas of the campus to improve the environment and experience for both students and staff.
Each of our major projects has a dedicated page on this site with further details and progress updates. You can access these via the Projects menu (above).
During the construction programme, there will also be changes to parking arrangements at the University. You can visit our Parking page to learn more about these changes, how they will affect you, and who to contact with any questions.
University students and staff can log into our Projects Portal page to see a complete list of current projects, with the project manager for each.
